"We’ve used Bates Building for over 10 years now. They’ve helped us grow our business, made suggestions for costs savings and long term maintenance needs. Whether the job is big or small, Johnny says “on it” and gets to work. His team is very nice and easy to work with."

We’ll listen and learn a little more about you. We’ll discuss your plans, needs and requirements. We’ll share a little more about ourselves personally and professionally.
Once we’ve shaken hands, there will be an on-site consultation to discuss your project more in depth. We'll exchange ideas and consult with our craftsmen, subcontractors, architect to determine a solid proposal.
This is where your project will finally start coming into focus! We’ll be in close contact throughout, and available to you to meet or answer any questions you might have along the way.
We’ll go over all work completed, and although we don’t think you’ll need it, we’ll remind you of the warranty information for additional peace of mind, because who doesn't need that?
